Lifting and transportation

The lifting and positioning of the machine tool should be carried out using specialized lifting tools provided by the manufacturer, and other methods are not allowed. No special lifting tools are required, and steel wire ropes should be used to lift and position according to the specified parts in the manual.

Foundation and location

The machine tool should be installed on a solid foundation and positioned away from the vibration source; Avoid sunlight and thermal radiation; Place in a dry place to avoid the influence of moisture and airflow. If there is a vibration source near the machine tool, anti vibration trenches must be set up around the foundation.

Installation of machine tools

The machine tool should be placed on the foundation and leveled in a free state, and then the foundation bolts should be evenly locked. For ordinary machine tools, the level reading should not exceed 0.04/1000mm, and for high-precision machine tools, the level reading should not exceed 0.02/1000mm. When measuring installation accuracy, it should be carried out at a constant temperature, and the measuring tool should be used after a certain period of constant temperature. When installing the machine tool, every effort should be made to avoid the installation method that causes forced deformation of the machine tool. When installing a machine tool, certain components of the machine tool should not be removed casually. The disassembly of these components may lead to a redistribution of stress within the machine tool, thereby affecting the accuracy of the machine tool.

Preparation before trial operation

After passing the geometric accuracy inspection of the machine tool, it is necessary to clean the entire machine. Use cotton or silk cloth soaked in cleaning agents, and do not use cotton or gauze. Clean the rust resistant oil or paint that was applied to protect the guide rail surface and machining surface of the machine tool at the factory. Clean the dust on the external surface of the machine tool. Apply lubricating oil as specified by the machine tool to each sliding surface and working surface.

Carefully check whether all parts of the machine tool have been oiled as required, and whether there is sufficient coolant in the cooling box. Whether the oil in the hydraulic station and automatic lubrication device of the machine tool reaches the specified position on the oil level indicator.

Check whether all switches and components in the electrical control box are normal, and whether all plug-in integrated circuit boards are in place.

Start the centralized lubrication installation by powering on, so that all lubrication parts and lubricating oil circuits are filled with lubricating oil. Make all preparations before the operation of each component of the machine tool.
